Return Policy
We understand that buying made-to-order, handcrafted, and custom furniture is a big decision and we work with every customer to set clear expectations of quality, wood character, color, and delivery timing prior to processing your order. The majority of our furniture is custom made specific to your order. Due to the nature of our made-to-order model, all sales are considered final upon receipt of payment.
Our Promise
We strive to meet or exceed your expectations. However, if there is an issue with your purchase that is attributable to our craftsmanship please reach out to us and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Our promise is to repair or replace any issue that is attributable to Carolina Farmstead. If we cannot resolve the issue we will issue a refund. However, if the issue is related to wood movement, knots, nail holes, color matching, open cracks or other natural features of solid wood construction, then repairs, refunds or exchanges are at the sole discretion of Carolina Farmstead.
Complications with Shipping and Delivery by Third Party Carrier
If you use a third party carrier for shipping and the packaging or crate is damaged or defective, do not accept it. If you reject the shipment due to damage, the cost of the return shipping will be covered by the carrier. We will repair or replace your damaged or defective furniture as long as you have followed these return instructions.
